Birth Doula

In addition to attending your birth, I will provide you with 2 prenatal meetings and 1 optional postnatal visit.

Prenatal:

The first meeting we will get to know each other, and go over any questions or concerns that you may have. Come up with comfort measures that you would like to try during labor, and go over birth preferences

The second meeting, we will discuss all aspects of labor and delivery. We will also discuss postpartum care and wishes.

Post delivery:

At the optional postnatal visit, we will discuss how your labor and delivery went. I will help make sure feedings are going well with baby, and that the transition to parenthood is smooth for you!
